Terms of use

These terms are between you (and the company you sign up for) and CySo Solutions Ltd, Cyprus. By creating a CySo account you accept them.

The service

CySo Mail lets AI apps you choose read, organise and draft email in mailboxes you connect, and send or permanently delete email only after a person's approval.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in secure and tell us at support@cysosolutions.com about any unauthorised access.
• Only connect mailboxes you are allowed to use, and only allow AI apps you trust.
• Approvers are responsible for checking each request before approving it.

AI apps

AI apps are provided by third parties under their own terms. Their answers can be wrong; check important content before you rely on it.

Acceptable use

No spam, unlawful content, attempts to access other customers' data, or attacks on the service.

Subscription and fees

CySo Mail is a monthly subscription per company account, at the price shown at checkout, plus VAT. It starts with a 14-day free trial: a card is needed to start, and nothing is charged during the trial. It then renews every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time under Settings, Subscription; it stops at the end of the month already paid, and part months are not refunded. If a payment fails or the subscription ends, your AI apps' access is paused; your mailboxes, settings and data stay until you close the account. We tell account owners before a price change applies to them. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change the service or these terms and will tell account owners about important changes in advance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop at any time: close your account under Settings, Your data (this also cancels the subscription), or write to support@cysosolutions.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

The laws of the Republic of Cyprus apply, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
